Registered Agent Pricing › Prepay and extras
Prepay deals, step-ups and extra charges
The headline price is one number; the page often adds a second. These are the qualifiers each provider’s page attaches to its price. Mainstay Filing has none of them: It renews at $199 a year, with no rate that jumps at renewal and no new line items. There is no add-on menu: no EIN add-on, no operating-agreement upcharge, no rush tier and no compliance plan.
